All custom products are made to order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 5-10 days. We strive to get our products out as quickly as possible. Check individual listings for updated lead times, as sometimes we get a rush of orders and fulfillment could be up to 4-6 weeks.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping at this time on all online orders unless specified in the listing or at checkout. If additional shipping charges apply (need shipping quote before purchase), we will be in contact with you via email or phone.
International Shipping
We ship with FedEx, unfortunately because of the weight of these items, shipping is outrageous when shipped internationally.
We do not currently ship out of the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@westernlegacy.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
